Food does matter
Everything that passes our lips has an impact on our body. We are a collection of atoms, that makes a collection of cells, tissues, organs, systems and ultimately a living organism. We must consume a range nutrients that allow our cells to perform their millions of complex functions.
The delicate balance of nutrients in our body can easily become disrupted and this can manifest in severe symptoms.
