When it comes to health, one size DOES NOT fit all. While many of the things that make us human are the same, we are all individual.

Bio-individuality is about your unique genetic makeup. The support that your body needs is different to those of your best friend, and often even your family.

Understanding your history, goals and symptoms is critical in formulating a unique health plan that is tailored to you.

Before we begin

Before our first consult there are some important forms to complete. These give me a deep understanding of your bio-individual needs.

CLIENT HISTORY FORM

A series of questions about your history, family, food, and goals. Important for helping me understand YOU.

3-DAY FOOD JOURNAL

This tracks what you’re eating and when you eat it, as well as any digestive or other symptoms that result.

NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

A detailed online survey that assesses your symptoms and individual health picture.

Session structure

Initial consult

We discuss your concerns, set some goals and develop a tailored plan of attack. Don’t worry, I won’t overload you with information. This is about setting small, manageable goals that work for you.

Functional evaluation

A powerful way for me to gain a deeper understanding of what is going on inside your body. I will palpate a series of points around the body and identify areas of pain or tension. Then we will test different supplements to see what nutritional deficiencies can be supported.

Follow up sessions

I like to see my clients at least once a month for the first few months. Consistency is key to success. Of course, we will work around your life.

Some people like to come in for a chat, set some small goals and then return for the full functional evaluation at separate time.

Other people prefer to do it all in one big session. The choice is yours.

There are two types of follow up sessions – with a functional evaluation, or a one to one chat. Sessions without functional evaluations can take place over teleconference or at another convenient location.
